Choose a starting point
- Build shared project knowledge: import existing work, organize it in the Library, and give an agent the folder context.
- Connect the AI tool you already use: follow Connect your AI tools to point a browser assistant or a local tool at ArtifactBridge, or install the desktop app to set up your local tools for you.
- Continue work on your computer: set up the desktop app and send a Room or an import task to your local agent.
- Ask for help in the browser: use the ArtifactBridge AI agent to find information, draft work, and propose actions.
- Review a result: open your Inbox, inspect the proposed changes, and decide what to accept.
- Repeat a task: create a workflow with instructions, a trigger, and an output destination.
- Share with a colleague or customer: check document access and public links before sending the link.

How the parts fit together
A workspace contains your team’s documents, Rooms, connections, and settings. The Library holds the material. A Room holds the discussion around a piece of work. The Inbox brings together requests that need your attention. Skills hold reusable instructions.
The browser app is where you read, organize, review, and share. The desktop app connects tools on your computer, delivers notifications, installs Skills, and starts local agents when you allow it. Your AI tool must connect to ArtifactBridge before it can read live workspace content.
A governed document requires review for agent changes. A working document can allow direct agent updates. Sharing controls who can access the document; it is a separate setting from review behavior.
